This allows us to spend more time qualifying individuals by exploring their long-term career aspirations and personal circumstances in order to secure the right individual.
Additionally, we are happy to offer an Interim Manager while we are searching for a permanent member of staff. If you decide to use this service then we recognise this by offering a discount on the recruitment part of the process. The discount scheme will vary according to the role and we will give you a quote based on your particular circumstances. Nevertheless we will make sure the search is closely time bound and works on a sliding scale to suit your specific need.
