How we work

Our professional standard of conduct in all matters, transactions and commercial relationships differentiates us in the marketplace. We strive to make ourselves easy to do business with, for our clients, consultants and suppliers.

As our business is based on establishing ongoing relationships with our clients, we aim to become a ‘trusted adviser’ rather than just a resource provider.

We only deploy consultants we have personally qualified for clients’ roles and agree payment terms at the outset of the assignment, with straightforward terms and conditions. We respect the confidentiality of consultants’ CVs and treat them accordingly, as though they were our own.

For suppliers, our terms of business are clear in order to avoid any failure of expectation on either side and we pay invoices promptly.

Last but not least, our internal processes are simple and fit for purpose, ensuring they do not get in the way of our provision of outstanding service.
