Are you looking to fill a permanent role? At Harten Group, each assignment is considered carefully before suggesting the best way forward. We work on a retained basis, using one of two established methods - Executive Search and Advertised Search – but we are also flexible, providing a tailored approach to meet a particular challenge or need.

Specialising in ‘hard-to-find’ medical and scientific positions at a senior level, including board appointments, we have extensive experience of successfully finding people for roles which include Medical Affairs, Pharmacovigilance and Research and Development. We also handle assignments in the commercial arena, such as Business Development Managers and Business Unit Directors, where different skills sets are required.

We believe in taking a holistic approach to each recruitment assignment, starting with establishing a thorough brief. Throughout, we are committed to open communication with both clients and candidates, with regular updates so everyone is clear how the assignment is progressing.

We were looking to recruit a Medical Director in a rare therapy area. Harten Group not only accessed the handful of specialists qualified in this area but carried out the assignment quickly and efficiently, saving us time and money by providing us with a shortlist from which we selected the successful candidate.
